Self-Care. The Antidote to The Narcissistic Relationship

           I’m guessing that you are reading this article because you are in a relationship with a narcissist or recently ended one. The odds are that the narcissist isn’t the one who is reading this article, unless you asked them to.

That’s because they aren’t the ones hurting in the relationship. Unfortunately though, you are. You are hurting deeply. And I see this kind of damage everyday in my office when clients seek help to cope with the ravages of this kind of relationship.
